The present invention relates to an inkjet type three-dimensional food printer. More specifically, the printer includes: a three-dimensional food printing body including an inkjet head; a camera sensor photographing an output medium and providing an image thereof; a control part controlling the operation of the tray; a tray operating part elevating the tray; and an inkjet head operating part operating the inkjet head. According to the inkjet type three-dimensional food printer capable of precise printing based on an image sensor location, the present invention is capable of enabling food ink to be deposited precisely on an accurate injection position of the surface of an output medium in an inkjet mode.
