The present invention relates to a baby care learning device and a method. If a user selects one of the many learning modes classified by time, the user will learn whole processes of taking care of actual babies for each situation, such as milk feeding, burping, sleeping, attention catching, diaper change, and handling with stomachache. By constructing the device to be able to understand behavioral skills, the user is able to learn baby care efficiently.
