FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely ophthalmosurgery. For microinvasive surgical treatment of serous ocular detachment (SOD), transcleral drainage of the subchoroidal space is carried out at the site of the highest delamination of the choroid. Process of drainage is stimulated with a substance that is introduced into the vitreal cavity through the vitreal port under pressure, the amount of which can be varied. Air is used as a substance that stimulates the drainage process. Operation starts with a subtotal 3-port vitrectomy, after which the BSS solution is replaced with air. Further, the site of the highest vascular wall detachment is determined by transconjunctival depressions of the sclera with forceps. Then, in the projection of this zone, the injecting needle 29G is slowly injected into the subchoroidal space transosclerally, at an acute angle to the sclera, toward the posterior pole, on which the liquid flows out by gravity, and as the bubble is emptied, the needle is gradually withdrawn from the cavity of the eye. When combined with SOD with the pathology of the vitreous body (VB), the operation is terminated by removing the needle from the eye cavity, and when the SOD is combined with the retinal detachment, additionally after removal of the subchoroidal fluid by means of an injection needle, delimiting endolaser coagulation of the retina is performed, then the air in the VB cavity is replaced with gas or silicone oil.;EFFECT: method allows to accelerate the restoration of visual functions and eliminate the detachment of the choroid and the retina, in its presence, as well as reduce operational and postoperative complications.;1 cl, 2 ex
