FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for lining crushers and devices for carrying out this method, which can be used for lining of gyratory or cone crushers. Method for lifting an inner wear part of a gyratory or cone crusher which gyratory or cone crusher consists in that in the first step, under the inner surface of inner wear part 11 there are two lifting arms of the lifting tool comprising an axial rod, rotatable around the said lifting clamps relative to each other, and then, in a second step, the upper second opposite surface of the lifting arms of the lifting tool is connected to the second inner support surface 15 of inner wear part 11 in the respective reliefs of the second inner support surface 15 or outer surface 18 of support cone 10. Second inner support surface is formed in the upper section of the inner surface of the wear part. Inner wear part 11 for the crusher comprises an inner surface, comprising first and second internal support surfaces. Crusher comprises a frame, an outer wear part fixable to the frame, support cone 10 and inner wear part 11, which is fixable to support cone 10. Outer 18 and inner 11 wear parts together form a crushing chamber for receiving the crushing material. Inner wear part 11 comprises inner surface 19, comprising the first inner support surface configured to support the first opposite surface of (support cone) 10 during the crushing step. Processing plant contains the above inner wear part or crusher. Lifting tool comprises first and second lifting arms, an axial rod, with the possibility of rotation of the said lifting arms relative to each other. In this case, lifting arms comprise the upper second opposite surface, which, at the stage of lifting the inner wear part, is connectable with the second inner support surface, formed in the upper section of the inner surface of the inner wear part within the relief limited by the second inner support surface. Support cone 10 for the crusher comprises the first opposing surface for providing a support with the possibility of fixing the inner wear part, outer surface comprising a relief, adapted to form a space for the lifting tool between the inner wear part and the support cone for receiving the two lifting arms of the lifting tool. Lifting tool comprises an axial rod, with the possibility of rotation of the said lifting arms relative to each other in the first lifting step.;EFFECT: group of inventions increases the safety of the working cycle by reducing the number of dangerous operations associated with the lifting of wear parts.;12 cl, 10 dwg
