Method includes freeing the wound from fibrous and scar tissue, treating the wound with a powdered enzyme chymotrypsin six times with an interval of 1-2 days, treatment of the wound with liniment according to Vishnevsky, Vinilin, and also sea buckthorn oil until bright granulations appear on the entire surface of the wound. Subsequently, a transplant is made to a skin defect of a 0.15 mm thick dermatomic graft obtained in the region of the middle third of the thigh of the same leg. Apply a transplanted panthenol spray with a dressing after 3-4 days. At the same time, intravenous administration of solutions of D-penicillamine and colchicine is carried out. Use for 3 weeks ointments containing triderm, prednisolone, actovegin. Irradiation of the Achilles tendon region with ultraviolet rays is carried out for 1 minute 7 days.
