Method comprises daily administering a feed supplement in the form of a filler and a preparation with probiotic activity to the compound feed. As a preparation with probiotic activity two strains are used: a strain of Enterococcus faecium 1-35 bacteria and a strain of Bacillus megaterium B-4801 bacteria, which dried biomass in mixture in equal amounts is applied onto the filler in the form of calcined diatomite chips containing of 2.2×108 CFU Enterococcus faecium 1-35 living bacteria and 2.1×108 CFU of Bacillus megaterium B-4801 living bacteria per 1 g of feed additive. Feed additive is given once a day to the weaning and fattening group piglets during the entire piglets weaning and fattening period. Second variant of the method includes the daily administration of a feed additive in the form of a filler and a preparation with probiotic activity to the compound feed. As a preparation with probiotic activity two strains are used: a strain of Enterococcus faecium 1-35 bacteria and a strain of Bacillus megaterium B-4801 bacteria, which dried biomass in mixture in equal amounts is applied onto the filler in the form of tripolite containing of 1.3×108 CFU Enterococcus faecium 1-35 living bacteria and 3.3×108 CFU of Bacillus megaterium B-4801 living bacteria per 1 g of feed additive. Feed additive is given once a day to pregnant breeding pigs before farrowing for 10 days.
