TEST BENCH FOR THE WHEEL WITH RAIL POWER INTERACTION LEVEL AND NATURE EVALUATION

FIELD: transportation; diagnostics systems.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rail vehicles diagnostics and is intended for the “wheel-rail” system studying by the wheel with the rail interaction level and nature evaluation. Test bench contains stationary metal frame on which a rail track section is installed, passing into the support rollers, U-shaped portal with possibility of the hydraulic jack upper support creation with the tested bogie vertical loading. Test bench also contains asynchronous electric motor for the wheel pair rotation through the V-belt drive, under action of which the wheel pair one wheel is raised, and returns to the working position due to the vertical loading. As a result of the roller near corner rolling along the wheel flange side conical surface, horizontal pressure is created on the support device mounted on the vertical portal post from the motor side.;EFFECT: enabling possibility of the two forces simultaneous taking for the loading diagrams plotting and creating of the rolling stock in railway transport movement optimal modes.;1 cl, 2 dwg
