By the record video file, using the fixed mark determining the actuators resource characteristics by the said measuring scale. Obtained data is transferred to the calculation and analysis module (hereinafter – module) of the unit and with its help, taking into account the scale factor km, determining the actuators movement rates actual indicators. Using the “MB-Ruler” software or its unit analogues by the recording video file determining the actuators embedding angle α and the frot frequency of their rotation during the fixed mark movement time relative to these actuators axis of rotation. Impact effects frequency fimp after its recording by the digital video camera audio recording device is determined from the video recording file using the said unit acoustic signals processing audio software. Results of the fimp and frot determination are transferred to the module of the unit and using it to determine the actuators angle of rotation γ between the impact loads.
