FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns the use of the composition in the treatment of a systemic inflammatory process in patients after a stroke with dysphagia. Where the composition contains an active substance, said active substance consisting of amino acids leucine, isoleucine, valine, lysine, threonine, histidine, phenylalanine, methionine, tryptophan, tyrosine, cystine, with the composition comprising one or more thickeners in an amount of 10 to 50 mass. % relative to the mass of the active substance.
