The present invention includes: a visual perception destination determination unit for determining a visual perception destination using a salience model for determining that an instantaneous optically perceived object is a visual perception destination, a surprise model for determining that an abnormally behaving object is a visual perception destination, and a reference model for determining that an object optically perceived by a visual process of a driver serving as a reference is a sight-seeing target; and a vision guidance unit for determining whether an unobserved visual perception to which a visual line direction detected by a visual line detection unit is not directed, and guiding a line of sight of the driver toward the unobserved visual perception destination when the unobserved visual perception destination exists.
