A secondary battery comprising: a plurality of first aluminum foils (1), wherein each two adjacent foils of the first aluminum foils (1) are separated from one another by a first predetermined gap and joined together by a first adhesive tape (3). Each of the first aluminum foils (1) has a first electrode tab (13), all of the first electrode tabs (13) being connected in parallel to be used as a positive terminal. Several of the second aluminum foils (2) are provided, wherein each two adjacent foils of the second aluminum foils (2) are separated from one another by a second predetermined gap and joined together with a second adhesive tape (3). Each of the second aluminum foils (2) has a second electrode tab (23), all of the second electrode tabs (23) being connected in parallel to be used as a negative terminal. A release layer (9) is provided between the first aluminum foils (1) and the second aluminum foils (2), wherein the stack is wound in a desired shape.
