The device has a sash (2) and a telescopic sliding casement constituted by two panels (4, 5). The panels are mounted movably in horizontal or vertical sliding motion on the sash. The telescopic sliding casement includes one of the panels guided in sliding motion on the sash. Another panel is connected to the former panel through a guidance unit (54). A transmission system (6) i.e. drive mechanism, is conceived to allow the former panel to be displaced to transmit movement of the latter panel.
