The present invention relates to a method of calibration of a network of n magnetometers vector with an optical pumping, comprising a step of determination of a matrix of coupling coefficients between the magnetometers of the network. This step comprises the following operations: - generation sequential (geni), by one of the magnetometers of the network of said magnetometer, m magnetic fields of reference whose amplitudes are known and distinct directions; - measurement (mesj), for each of the magnetometers of the network n, m fields reference n axes; - determination (calcij) of the coupling coefficients between the magnetometer and each of the n magnetometers of the network, said determination comprising the calculation of the coupling coefficients in the ratios between the n measurements of one of the m fields of reference according to one of the n axes and the amplitude of one of the m reference fields.
