A U-shaped inner part (13) is located inside the main frame part (11) and between inner upper surfaces of the main frame part (11) and outer upper surface of the U-shaped inner part (13) at least one adjustment means (12) comprising a screw (21) and bushings (22) attached by a welding at each end to corresponding upper surface is located at least partially to open or to close the at least one opening (18, 19).
