The derivation of an antioxidant extract from plant material under basic conditions which presents a great systemic capacity, enabling agricultural applications such as a bio stimulant of plant crops, a reinforcement of the natural defence systems and a means of transport of fertilizers or systemic agrochemicals to the interior of the plant tissue.
