A tumor to be a target of a radiation therapy and at least one vessel, a target in which the vessel marker is to be detained, having an unchanged relative position or calculatable relative position to the tumor are stored in storage means so that the tumor is associated with the at least one vessel. On the basis of an irradiation target position of a tumor to be a target of the radiation therapy for each patient, at least two vessels to be a target in which the vessel marker is to be detained and positions at which the vessel marker is to be detained in the at least two vessels are selected.
