摘要

To solve a problem of a magnetic core laminated by using Fe-based amorphous metal ribbon or Co-based amorphous metal ribbon, and to provide a lamination magnetic core of electromotor subjected to heating treatment, i.e., magnetic annealing for extracting magnetic performance, and to provide a lamination core of electromotor where they are laminated.SOLUTION: A method for making zinc (Zn), i.e., the low melting point metal of a coat 2, adhere to at least a part of the single side or the double sides of the backing material 1 of an amorphous metal ribbon is explained. As an example of a process for forming the coat 2 on the backing material 1, there are molten plating method and electric plating method, which are widely used for manufacturing zinc plated steel sheet. When using the molten plating method, the backing material 1 is also heated to 420°C, i.e., the fusion point of zinc (Zn), because it is a method for forming a membrane by immersing the backing material 1 into a molten tank where the zinc (Zn) has been heated to fusion point. Consequently, magnetic annealing of the backing material 1 can be carried out simultaneously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
