To provide an OAM mode pseudo traveling wave resonator capable of switching the mode degree easily while fixing the operation frequency, and to provide an OAM antenna device using the same.SOLUTION: A pseudo traveling wave resonator is constituted by ring shape cascade connection of N multiple unit cells having a microwave transmission line part, a series branch circuit containing a capacitive element equivalently, and at least one parallel branch circuit branched from the transmission line part, respectively, and containing an inductive element equivalently, and operates a non-reciprocal transmission line device having forward and inverse propagation constants, different from each other, in a resonant condition. The transmission line part of each unit cell has spontaneous magnetization so as to have gyroscope anisotropy by being magnetized in a direction different from the microwave propagation direction, or magnetized by external magnetic field, and the parallel branch circuit is an inductive stub circuit connected to be inserted into a non-reciprocal transmission line device, and operates in the OAM mode with mode degree 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
