To provide a device for estimating a shape of a heat transfer pipe that can significantly shorten measurement time for a heat transfer pipe, and to provide a device for estimating a remaining life, a method for estimating a shape and a program.SOLUTION: A device for estimating a shape of a heat transfer pipe which is installed to a boiler of a power-generating plant includes: a measurement unit 2 for partially measuring an outer shape of a predetermined lateral face in a heat transfer pipe; and a best fit shape estimation unit 3 for estimating a best fit shape to be a circular shape or elliptic shape based on a measurement result by the measurement unit 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
