To provide a lid of a tube for life science, a tube set, and a selection method of a cell allowing an efficient operation.SOLUTION: When a lid 32 is attached, a recess 34 is disposed on a surface forming the side of the tube for a life science, a bottom surface 34a of the recess 34 is flat, and is circular or is a polygon of four or more sides, and a side surface 34b is formed of an inclined surface having the direction in which the side surface extends from the bottom surface 34a to an opening. Furthermore, a tube set including a tube 50 used with the lid 32, and a selection method of a cell using the lid 32 are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
