POLARIMETRIC SAR SYSTEM, PROGRAM, AND POLARIMETRIC SAR DATA CORRECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction method for accurately correcting a slope of polarization for polarimetric SAR observation having a directional adjustment function when directing radio waves to a target.;SOLUTION: A polarimetric SAR system includes a polarimetric SAR unit having an antenna configured to change the directionality, at least an angle of the target relative to the platform accepted as a parameter to the target for the directionality of the antenna, a control unit for calculating the correction angle of the slope of the polarization as well as calculating the control angle for directing the directionality of the antenna to the target referring to the position angle obtained by the position information of the platform, an antenna control unit for adjusting the directionality of the antenna according to the control angle, and an SAR observation data processing unit for polarization rotation processing using the calculated correction angle for observation data observed by polarimetric SAR unit in accordance with the control angle.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
