PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a question answering system capable of understanding emotion for a user and improving customer satisfaction.;SOLUTION: The present invention is a question answering system comprising a UI server providing an interactive user interface (hereinafter referred to as UI) and a learning data generation system. The learning data generation system comprises an emotion expression part that generates learning data to which information of an emotion expression corresponding to user emotion estimated based on an inquiry is added for the information of an answer to the inquiry and a learning data providing part that transmits the learning data to an answer generation engine that derives the answer to the inquiry.
