PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, in a prevention structure for an outflow of shore protecting reclamation sediment, damage to a sand prevention sheet from the time of placement of the sand prevention sheet to even after the placement.;SOLUTION: The present invention includes a caisson (3) defining a sea side (S) and a land side (L), an embedded stone layer part (4) that is formed by piling embedded stones (17) on the land side (L) of the caisson (3) and that has a sloping surface (4T), a sand prevention sheet (18) placed on the sloping surface (4T) of the embedded stone layer part (4), and a reclamation sediment layer part (6) formed by putting reclamation sediment (24) on the sand prevention sheet (18) on the land side (L) of the caisson (3).
