To notice more appropriately about a return to port time.SOLUTION: A return to port noticing device comprises: an accepting part accepting a setting of information about an estimated arrival time to a home harbor which a ship will return to; a route generating part generating a navigation route in return to port of the ship; an operating part calculating successively a duration from the current position of the ship to the home harbor on the basis of the navigation route, and calculating successively a return to port starting time of the ship on the basis of information about the duration and the estimated arrival time; and a display processing part noticing contents based on the return to port starting time calculated by the operating part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
