To provide a flange molding mold and a flange molding method which performs molding processing of a flange on a cutting edge in a planar work-piece.SOLUTION: In a flange molding mold provided with an upper mold 13 and a lower mold 15, the lower mold 15 is provided with a lower rotary roller 21 freely rotatably, the lower rotary roller 21 is provided with a freely rotatable rotary shaft 31 around a vertical shaft center and is constituted so as to include a cylindrical protrusion part 35 which is protruded from an upper surface of the rotary shaft 31 to an upper direction, and the upper mold 13 freely rotatably includes an upper rotary roller 51 which presses a flange molding part of the planar work-piece W to an intersection position 37 of the upper surface of the rotary shaft 31 and the protrusion part 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
