To shorten time for calculating electromagnetic wave reflection features of an object to enable operation by real time.SOLUTION: A learning device 10 includes: a calculation unit 12 calculating electromagnetic wave reflection features of an object through electromagnetic field analysis based on three-dimensional shape data of the object; an object feature amount extraction unit 14 extracting object feature amounts including a shape of the object based on three-dimensional shape data of the object; an estimation unit 16 estimating the electromagnetic wave reflection features of the object by use of a calculation parameter learned by mechanical learning where the object feature amounts are provided as inputs; and a learning unit 18 learning the calculation parameter so that the electromagnetic wave reflection features of the object approach target values where the electromagnetic wave reflection features of the object calculated by the calculation unit 12 are defined as the target values.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
