To provide an endoscope adhesive, even when it is subject to sterilization by an autoclave, EOG, hydrogen peroxide plasma, or the like, with it used for fixing a member, capable of retaining significant adhesive force, and cured material thereof; and to provide an endoscope hardly causing a decease in performances even when being subject to the sterilization, and manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A two-component endoscope adhesive comprises a main agent and a curing agent, where the main agent includes at least one type of epoxy resin from among a bisphenol-A-type epoxy resin, a bisphenol-F-type epoxy resin, and a phenol novolac-type epoxy resin, and where the curing agent includes an imidazole compound. The endoscope adhesive and a cured material thereof, and an endoscope using the cured material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
