To dramatically enhance deburring polishing capability by using both co-sliding between workpieces and impact force of ultrasonic cavitation during deburring polishing of the workpieces.SOLUTION: At least a part of a housing cage 3, which has a large number of through holes 17 formed on an outer wall 16 surrounding circumference and has a hexagonal cross-section, is immersed in a cleaning fluid in a washing tank 4. The housing cage 3 is set rotatable around a horizontal rotation axis. Deaeration is carried out by circulating the cleaning fluid in the washing tank 4. A plurality of ultrasonic transducers 8 disposed on a lower surface of the washing tank 4 are operated to carry out deburring polishing by radiating ultrasonic into the cleaning fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
