To provide a technique relating to holding of a beverage container inside a vehicle, which can predict and prevent a situation where beverage causes traveling of the vehicle unstable.SOLUTION: A holder 1 is a holder for holding a beverage container inside a vehicle and comprises: a holding part for holding the beverage container; an information acquisition part for acquiring information about a state of the beverage container held by the holding part and a state of the beverage inside the beverage container; a determination part for determining whether or not an instability factor exists while the vehicle is traveling according to the state of the beverage container or the state of the beverage; and a deriving part which, when the instability factor exists, derives at least one of a notification signal relating to the instability factor or a control signal for the vehicle to respond to the instability factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
