To solve the problem in which a defective part is judged by difference in colors, distribution of the colors can be arbitrarily changed by analysts, so uniform evaluation cannot be performed, and misdiagnosis may occur due to the difference in the analysts' skills.SOLUTION: It is possible to make temperature data (5 in FIG. 2), speed up or down a trend (7 in FIG. 2), and thereby compare with uniformed temperature width. By making a 3D graph (8 in FIG. 2), it is possible to analyze in three dimensions and in a multi-faced manner, although until now it was only possible to analyze in two dimensions and in one direction, and thereby unlike conventional methods that relied on subtle color judgments, judgments are made with height differences, so misdiagnosis is eliminated significantly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
