To provide a packaging container with a lid capable of improving visibility of a content stored in the packaging container with the lid by suppressing obstruction of the protrusion of a stack as far as possible when viewing the content, and to improve appearance of a display state of the packaging container with the lid and the content stored therein.SOLUTION: A lid 1 of a packaging container comprises a side wall 32 made of a transparent synthetic resin and set in a circumferential state, flange parts 33 and 34 extending outward from a bottom edge of the side wall 32, a stack protrusion part 35 locally formed to straddle the side wall 32 and the flange parts 33 and 34, and a recessed part 352 provided by recessing a top surface 351 of the stack protrusion part 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
