To provide a withholding tax related business support device, a withholding tax related business supporting method, and a withholding tax related business supporting program capable of automating the determination of the necessity of calculation of withholding tax amount based on business partners and expenses and the calculation of withholding tax amount.SOLUTION: A withholding tax related business support device according to the embodiment is configured: to refer to an expense item master to acquire a withholding tax object classification linked to expense item identification data included in payment request data based on the payment request data; if the acquired withholding tax object classification means that it needs to calculate a withholding tax amount, to refer to a business partner master to acquire withholding tax identification data linked to business partner identification data included in the payment request data; and if the acquired withholding tax identification data means that it needs to calculate the withholding tax amount, to refer to a withholding tax master to acquire withholding tax calculation data linked to the withholding tax identification data, and calculate the withholding tax amount based on the payment amount included in the payment request data and the acquired withholding tax calculation data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
