To provide an association evaluation system, an association evaluation method and a program which allow for evaluation about associating data.SOLUTION: A data acquisition unit 54 acquires first data including a plurality of data units of a first type to which values of a first attribute are set. The data acquisition unit 54 acquires second data including a plurality of data units of a second type to which values of a second attribute are set. A distribution specifying unit 56 specifies a distribution of the values of the first attribute in the plurality of data units of the first type included in the first data. The distribution specifying unit 56 specifies a distribution of the values of the second attribute in the plurality of data units of the second type included in the second data.
