To provide collection device of nanofiber, enabling mass production of a nanofiber, and a method thereof.SOLUTION: The collection device 1 of nanofiber which discharges and supplies a nanofiber F from a delivery port 2A of a nanofiber discharge device 2 is provided with: a parallel collection rod 31 which collects the nanofiber F discharged and supplied from the delivery port 2A at a collection point; a collection means rotation shaft 4 which is arranged horizontally and rotatably supports the parallel collection rod 31; a collection means drive motor 6 which rotationally drives the collection means rotation shaft 4; control means 8 which stops the collection means rotation shaft 4 rotationally driven with the collection means drive motor 6 at every 90°; a scraping down rod 12 which downwardly scrapes the nanofiber F collected at a non-collection point on the parallel collection rod 31; and a recovery container 13 which receives the nanofiber F scraped with the scraping down rod 12. A collection element 3 consisting of the parallel collection rod 31 is provided on the outer peripheral surfaces of the collection means rotation shaft 4 in 4 directions and at an isometric angle of 90°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
