To provide a probe for achieving automation of repairing of a fiber-reinforced laminate.SOLUTION: A uniform eddy current multi-shaft differential type probe P is composed of: a circular excitation coil 10 for generating an eddy current U; a plurality of pickup coils 11; and a pair of rectangular excitation coils 9 provided while sandwiching the circular excitation coil 10 from both sides. In the rectangular excitation coil 9, a plane including a lower side 91 of the rectangular excitation coil 9 is disposed in parallel with a straight line for connecting centers of the adjacent pickup coils 11, or is disposed at right angle to a straight line L2 passing between the adjacent pickup coils 11. The lower side 91 of the rectangular excitation coil 9 is positioned on the same plane as a plane including the circular excitation coil 10 or above or below the plane, and is provided within a plane in parallel with the plane. The pair of rectangular excitation coils 9 are wound in a direction in which high-frequency excitation currents mutually flow in opposite directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
