To provide a transmittance management device of a partition, capable of changing transmittance of light according to progress of an event, a transmittance management method, a transmittance management program, and a transmittance management system.SOLUTION: A transmittance management device manages one or a plurality of partitions 40 whose transmittance of light changes, and includes: a determination unit 15 for determining whether time information related to progress of an event satisfies prescribed setting conditions or not; and a controller 16 for performing control such that transmittance of light in the partition 40 changes at a multiple stages based on determination results of the determination unit 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
