To improve the interaction ability of an interaction device.SOLUTION: An interaction device (1) comprises: a comment extraction unit (11) which extracts a plurality of candidates for a comment to be spoken by an interaction device (2) from a comment source (3); a predictor (120, 121 and 122) which receives the comment candidates to output predictive evaluation values obtained by evaluating whether a user will respond to them sensitively or not; and a comment determination unit (13) which determines a comment to be spoken by the interaction device, among from the plurality of comment candidates on the basis of the predictive evaluation values. On the basis of learning data (30, 131 and 132) associating spoken comments spoken by the interaction device and learning evaluation values indicative of whether the user responded to the spoken comments sensitively or not, with each other, the predictor has been trained with the spoken comments as input values and the learning evaluation values as output values.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
