To provide a work site monitoring device capable of suppressing complexity in issuing heat illness alarming.SOLUTION: In a work site monitoring device 1, a monitoring control section 15 performs issuance by a trigger for reporting heat illness alarming by a display light 13 and a speaker 16 when a value of a hotness index WBGT consecutively exceeds a predetermined threshold by predetermined times X, and performs issuance by re-alerting for reporting heat illness alarming by the display light 13 and the speaker 16 when the value of the hotness index WBGT continuously exceeds the predetermined threshold after issuance by the trigger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
