To provide an internal phase synchronization method in an electric power system with distributed power sources connected in parallel, which can solve a problem arising in the case of synchronizing internal phases according to a centralized monitoring method or master-slave method.SOLUTION: A control circuit 3 operable to control an inverter circuit 2 of a distributed power source A comprises: an internal phase-generating part 31 for generating an internal phase θto be used for control; and a communication part 34 for communicating with at least one other distributed power source A. The communication part 34 sends the internal phase θgenerated by the internal phase-generating part 31 to the other distributed power source A. The internal phase-generating part 31 uses the generated internal phase θ, and an arithmetic operation result ubased on an internal phase θof the other distributed power source A received by the communication part 34 to generate an internal phase θ. Each distributed power source A performs the process, whereby the internal phases θof the distributed power sources A converge one value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
