The composition for preventing or ameliorating functional gastrointestinal disorders according to the present technique can ameliorate or prevent constipation or frequent defecation, can ameliorate adjustment of defecation frequency, ameliorate stool properties, can ameliorate or prevent stomachache, can ameliorate or prevent the feeling of fullness, or can ameliorate or prevent abdomen discomfort. Furthermore in the present invention, there is also provided a composition for preventing or ameliorating functional gastrointestinal disorders caused by anxiety disorder.
