摘要

To provide a rail ultrasonic flaw detection tool, an ultrasonic flaw detection method of a rail head side part, a rail quality assurance method, and a rail manufacturing method which can stably perform ultrasonic flaw detection on a head side part of a rail.SOLUTION: A rail ultrasonic flaw detection tool 1 includes: a head side part facing portion 2 which is loaded on a head side part 71b of a rail 70, and which fixes a probe 50 of an ultrasonic flaw detection unit in a manner that an ultrasonic oscillation surface 51 contacts with a head side surface 71ba of the head side part 71b; a middle part facing portion 3 loaded on a middle part 73 of the rail 70; and a connection portion 4 for connecting the head side part facing portion 2 and the middle part facing portion 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
