To provide a combustion condition determining device of a combustion furnace, capable of quickly and accurately determining combustion conditions.SOLUTION: The combustion condition determining device of a combustion furnace for determining combustion conditions including a plurality of combustion control parameters for controlling a combustion device of the combustion furnace, comprises: a prior-to-combustion fuel component acquiring part that acquires components of fuel prior to combustion including at least a part of measured values of the components of the fuel prior to combustion, i.e., fuel to be fed to a burner that feeds fuel and air into the combustion furnace; and a command value determining part that determines a command value of at least one of the combustion control parameters so that an index to be evaluated, i.e., at least one of unburned combustibles in ash generated by combusting the fuel prior to combustion and an NOx concentration in exhaust gas, satisfies prescribed criteria on the basis of the components of the fuel prior to combustion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
