To provide a time measuring device with which measurement accuracy can be improved while suppressing complication of a configuration.SOLUTION: There is provided a time measuring device for measuring a time (elapsed time) from a measurement start time till a time when a measurement object signal is input, as a measurement object time. The time measuring device comprises: a delay element row to which the measurement object signal is input and in which a plurality of delay elements for delaying the input signal are connected in series; a time information acquisition system for acquiring time information for approximation that is time information for approximating the measurement object time; a delay time acquisition system including noise acquisition means for acquiring noise produced in the inside and the outside of the time measuring device and acquiring a delay time for each of delay elements by inputting the noise to the delay element row; and a calculation system for calculating the measurement object time on the basis of the time information for approximation and the delay time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
