PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting structure for adjustment of a vehicle seat member.SOLUTION: The adjusting structure has a cross pipe (9) and at least one connection member (8) connected to the cross pipe (9) and is fixed to the connection member (8) so as not to rotate relative thereto on relative rotation of the cross pipe (9). A connection member contact surface (8c) inclined and formed at a certain angle is formed on the connection member (8) in a region of a drilling part (11). A cross pipe contact surface (9a) of the cross pipe (9) formed obliquely so as to be opposed is brought into contact with the connection member contact surface (8c), thereby axial motion of the cross pipe (9) is restricted. A tip part region (9b) of the cross pipe (9) is radially outward transformed on a connection member back surface (8d) of the connection member (8). The connection member (8) is sandwiched between the cross pipe contact surface (9a) brought into contact with the connection member contact surface (8c) and the tip part region (9b) radially outward transformed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2b
