PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of conventional markers for avoiding a failure of matching between intraoral model scan data and CT data caused in the case of free-end deficiency or many metal artifacts, the problems including incapability of being sterilized and possibility of reduction in accuracy of matching influenced by expansion and contraction at the time of CT imaging, CT value, material, CT apparatus model, imaging method, and imaged part.;SOLUTION: A marker is made from raw material capable of being sterilized and reused. Accurate matching can be obtained between three dimensional CT tomography images captured by the same CT tomography apparatus. By taking a reference marker as a criterion, accurate matching between a patient's three dimensional CT tomography image and an intraoral model three dimensional CT tomography image is enabled. After that the three dimensional intraoral model surface shape image can be made to be accurately superposed on the patient's three dimensional CT tomography image via the intraoral model three dimensional CT tomography image, which enables a system to automatically remove artifacts.
