To provide a method for precisely predicting a drying shrinkage and a drying shrinkage stress of concrete in a short period along a cross-section of the concrete.SOLUTION: A concrete drying shrinkage distortion prediction method includes the processes of (A) to (C): (A) a humidity analysis process of obtaining a relative humidity at each position from the concrete surface to a center part by humidity analysis; and (B) a regression expression deriving process of deriving a regression expression by calculating coefficients a and b and regression analysis on the basis of the following expression (1) using a ratio (ε/ε) between a distortion end value (ε) of the drying shrinkage in three or more kinds of arbitrary relative humidity measured using a drying shrinkage distortion measurement device or a drying shrinkage distortion measurement device, and, an end value (ε) of the drying shrinkage distortion at a reference relative humidity, and using the relative humidity at each position, ε/ε=(100-RH)/{a×(100-RH)+b}...(1)SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
