The control part 55 controls operations of the electric heat source machine 11 and the absorption heat source machine 21 to utilize capability of the absorption heat source machine 21 to the utmost when the power consumption of the whole building is equal to or more than a first switching value set based on the first demand management value in a state of leaving reserve power in the capability of the absorption heat source machine 21 in the case that at least one of the electric heat source machine 11 and the absorption heat source machine 21 operates to process the heat loads of the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
