To enable the proper reflection of the advertising activity of a person in charge of the sales or advertisement of merchandise in a reward.SOLUTION: A labor management device for managing a reward to a laborer who sells or advertises merchandise includes a calculation part for calculating a purchase price of merchandise to be worn or used to sell or advertise the merchandise to the laborer, a contribution information acquisition part for acquiring contribution information including an image in which the laborer wears or uses the merchandise, and a relevant information acquisition part for acquiring relevant information showing the kind of an executed action from an external terminal in the case that a prescribed action executed in connection with browsing of contribution information is executed to the contribution information. When the relevant information acquisition part acquires the relevant information, the calculation part calculates a reword for the contribution of an image on the basis of the kind of an action shown by the relevant information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
