DEGREE-OF-SAG GROUND OBSERVATION SYSTEM, PORTABLE TERMINAL, COMPUTER AND DEGREE-OF-SAG GROUND OBSERVATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to safely and easily observe the degree of sag of an electrical wire from the ground regardless of operational experience or skill of the operator while reducing the number of operators for observation operation when wiring an electrical wire on iron towers.;SOLUTION: A degree-of-sag ground observation system comprises: a measurement machine 10 for controlling a tracking mechanism 10b on the basis of given coordinate data to orient an optical axis of an optical system in a direction of three-dimensional coordinate specified by the coordinate data; and a tablet 20 wirelessly communicating with the measurement machine 10. The tablet 20 transmits coordinate data on temperature of an electrical wire selected and designated from a list of coordinate data displayed on a touch panel 23 to the measurement machine 10 and receives a video of a digital camera 12 oriented in a direction of coordinate data by the measurement machine 10, so as to display the video on the touch panel 23.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
