To provide a system capable of determining appropriateness or credibility of evaluation results of others as character or personnel evaluation and/or a system capable of determining the evaluation ability of the evaluator who evaluated the others.SOLUTION: A system for determining the evaluation ability of an evaluator includes an evaluation item recording unit which records each of a plurality of evaluation items included in a plurality of evaluation groups in association with at least one of "relationship at the same level" and "relationship at a different level" and a rank determination unit which determines whether an evaluation numeric value of each evaluation item in evaluation results of others by the evaluator meets "relationship at the same level" and/or "relationship at a different level". The system evaluates appropriateness or credibility of evaluation of others and/or the others on the basis of determination results from the rank determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
